The core blog team are Katie Cope (Marketing), Lesley Wooders (Customer Contact) and Martyn Ford (Sales), alongside Lisa Ferneyhough and Sally Rushton from our PR agency, Dig For Fire.

Katie Cope

Katie has worked at Glow-worm for over a year and is responsible for marketing. She’s particularly interested in renewables technologies (she’s a big fan of Clearly Solar) and enthuses to anyone that will listen about the way they are changing how people heat their houses.

She admits to knowing more than she ever thought she would about heating appliances – in fact she says that her favourite boiler is the Glow-worm Ultrapower!

In her spare time Katie is a bit of a mover and loves to dance – when she’s not throwing shapes on the dance floor however you can find her perfecting a game of squash… although apparently she has ended up with more bruises than points!

Lisa Ferneyhough

Lisa works at a PR company called Dig For Fire who manage all the press activity surrounding Glow-worm and its products. She speaks to the media on a daily basis to discuss news and tips, supplying hot (!) off the press information to local, regional and national magazines and newspapers.

In her spare time Lisa is an avid netball player, who once played for England! Thankfully she now spends less time on court, working for lovely people like Glow-worm.

Sally Rushton

Working alongside Lisa at Dig For Fire, Sally is also responsible for press and media activity surrounding Glow-worm and its consumers. She looks at interesting facts and figures surrounding heat related arguments in the home and tries to reduce the national rate of divorce explaining how Glow-worm can help achieve a cozy middle ground without either party being ridiculously cold or hot!

Sally’s favourite pastime includes relaxing in a warm fluffy dressing gown and a nice warm house watching Shrek (1, 2 or 3!).
