Chancellor George Osborne announced during the final part of the Comprehensive Spending Review earlier this week that the Government would maintain its commitment to being one of the “greenest governments ever”.
Mr Osborne confirmed that the government would provide £860 million of funding for a Renewable Incentive Scheme (RHI), which was previously thought to be at considerable risk.
